Important Regulatory Notice

DriveSync Cyber Assistant (DCA) is a secure private security interface. It is NOT a government agency, police department, or regulatory authority. Logged entries do NOT constitute a police First Information Report (FIR) or bank grievance ticket.

1. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

The tools provided by DCA (including the UPI Risk Scanner, Phishing URL Checker, and Incident Reporting forms) are designed solely as defensive aids to help prevent digital fraud.

We make no guarantees that utilizing the DCA risk scanner will prevent all forms of cyber theft, nor do we assume responsibility for the recovery of lost capital. Users must always verify official bank communications and call the national cyber helpline (1930) immediately when active theft occurs.

2. Accuracy of Reported Telemetry

When submitting reports via our multi-step wizard, you declare that all transaction values, UTR numbers, suspect phone numbers, and evidence documents are true, accurate, and relate to a genuine incident.

Entering fraudulent information, fake UTR codes, or spamming handles to falsely harm the credit/reputation of an individual constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in blocking your access to the suite.

3. Rate Limiting, Abuse & Automated Scraping

To protect the integrity of the database and secure the public portal from spam, the reporting system is rate-limited to a maximum of **3 submissions per hour per IP address**.

Any attempt to bypass these rate-limits, execute automated scraping, flood the form endpoints using scripts/bots, or launch DDoS attacks against the server is strictly prohibited. DriveSync reserves the right to log access credentials, block offending IP addresses, and cooperate with cyber crime authorities for statutory prosecution.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DriveSync Infotech Private Limited, its board, or its engineers be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this platform.

Information obtained from our threat verification engines should be used as a guideline. Always check merchant details before authorizing payments.

5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims related to this application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India), where the registered office is located.
